I love Ollie Ritchie’s wistful, rambling style. One of the comments says that the viewer feels like they are watching memories and that captures it perfectly. It made me feel like I was back in the energy of this magical town.
I keep seeing lots of vloggers and folks on Instagram recommending Adriene’s videos for forming a yoga practice. I had a little look at her account and can see immediately why she’s so popular. I started with this seven minute meditation and loved her gentle, easy approach. I especially like the moment when you bow your head to your heart. It felt really meaningful. A lovely treat for a Sunday.
I love New York. I love illustration. I love the MET. And I love Frannerd. So I really loved this video. Fran really inspires me to get out and about to draw and study classical art for inspiration.
I also loved seeing the Temple of Dendur when I visited. I read that the room was known as Jackie’s nightlight because JFK had the light in the room left on each night so his wife could see it across Central Park. I’ve no idea if it’s true but what a romantic story.
I’ve been watching Dan’s channel since he launched it earlier this year and it’s like watching the sparks of his creative imagination burn brighter and brighter. His latest project Humankind is his most ambitious yet. He appealed to film makers across the world to contribute clips and has brought 100 of them together to make something truly beautiful. In four minutes he takes us around the world and shows how we are all one human. Just stunning.
This beautifully made video from Holly Exley is the epitome of a quiet life. I’ve recommended her videos on here before and they just get lovelier and lovelier. There are some lovely tips for sweet things in this little gem.

I posted a few days ago about Dan Mace, a director I discovered via Casey Neistat's channel on YouTube. Inspired by his vision and creativity, I've been watching Dan's back catalogue and found this absolute gem. Magical.
Minnie Small's YouTube channel is a lovely, soothing place to spend time. She's got a great manner and shares meaningful insights into her art process. I love watching her paintings come together and how she experiments with so many different styles. A perfect example of a quiet life.
I've wanted to go to Japan for years so am enjoying living vicariously through Frannerd who posted a vlog this week from her trip to Tokyo. It's definitely on the bucket list : )
Fabulous illustrator Holly Exley posted a link to this video on Twitter this week. I've watched it several times already and it really speaks to the ambitious, excited, passionate creative in me. Really inspiring in a way I can't quite put into words.
A friend of mine introduced me to the 73 Questions series by Vogue by posting this video of Sarah Jessica Parker's episode. It's a cute format and there are hundreds of episodes to watch but one of the main reasons I like this one is because of the house. Look at THE HOUSE! It's so lovely.
